How many guests can the estate hold?
Our glasshouse reception seats up to 160 guests. For more intimate celebrations, we shape the room and the day around your numbers.
Where does the ceremony take place?
Most couples marry under the old willows, with the vines as a backdrop. We walk you through the setting when you visit.
Is Willow Creek Estate exclusive to our wedding?
Yes. We host one wedding a day, so the grounds, the glasshouse and our attention are entirely yours.
Can our wedding party stay on site?
Our on-site cottages sleep 18, so your closest family and friends can wake up on the estate with you the morning after.
Do you host elopements?
Yes. Elopements are one of our ceremonies, kept small and unhurried under the willows for just the two of you and your witnesses.
What's included in a wedding package?
Our wedding packages bring together ceremony, reception and accommodation. We tailor each one in conversation, so ask us what matters most to you.
How do we book a viewing?
Viewings are by appointment, seven days a week. Call us or send an enquiry and we'll arrange a time to walk the grounds together.
What if it rains on our wedding day?
We talk through contingency options for the ceremony when you tour the estate, so you can plan with confidence whatever the weather.
How far ahead should we book?
Every couple's timeline is different. Get in touch and we'll let you know what's available for your date.
How do we check if our date is free?
